Whisper Secures €1.6M in Pre-Seed Funding to Scale Its Internet-Infrastructure Graph

AMSTERDAM, July 16, 2025 – Whisper, an Amsterdam-based cybersecurity platform, today announced the successful closure of a €1.6 million pre-seed funding round. The investment was led by Atlas AI^VB Fund I, with significant participation from Antler, D11Z, Tioga Trust, and Volve Capital.

This funding milestone will accelerate Whisper's mission to shift cybersecurity from reactive cleanup toward proactive investigation. The capital will be instrumental in fueling the company's expansion into key European and US markets, as well as strengthening its technology and sales teams through strategic hires.

Since its inception in January 2025, Whisper has been building a platform that provides a single queryable view of the internet. By leveraging a knowledge graph built from billions of interconnected data points, Whisper offers a real-time perspective of the global internet infrastructure — enabling organizations to detect and investigate cyber threats earlier.
