Whisper Secures €1.6M in Pre-Seed Funding to Revolutionize Predictive Cybersecurity

AMSTERDAM, July 16, 2025 – Whisper, an Amsterdam-based cybersecurity platform, today announced the successful closure of a €1.6 million pre-seed funding round. The investment was led by Atlas AI^VB Fund I, with significant participation from Antler, D11Z, Tioga Trust, and Volve Capital.

The capital will be instrumental in fueling the company's expansion into key European and US markets, as well as strengthening its technology and sales teams through strategic hires.

Since its inception in January 2025, Whisper has been developing a groundbreaking platform that provides a "God Mode" view of the internet. By leveraging a sophisticated knowledge graph built from over 45 billion interconnected data points, Whisper offers an unprecedented, real-time perspective of the global internet infrastructure.
