The Founding Team:

Kaveh Ranjbar, CEO & Co-founder: A veteran of internet governance, Kaveh brings unparalleled experience from his previous roles as CIO of RIPE NCC (the Regional Internet Registry for Europe, the Middle East and parts of Central Asia) and as a board member at ICANN (the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers). His deep understanding of the internet's core infrastructure is critical to Whisper's ability to navigate and map its complexities. As CEO, Kaveh leads the company's strategic vision to shift cybersecurity from reactive to predictive.

Soroush Rafiee Rad, Co-founder & CPO: A distinguished academic, Soroush holds two PhDs in mathematics and complex systems. His profound understanding of data and network structures provides the scientific backbone for Whisper's knowledge graph technology, which maps over 45 billion data points to create its "God Mode" view of the internet. His research expertise enables Whisper to tackle the most complex challenges in threat prediction.
