From leading Cisco’s first security initiative to authoring one of the industry’s earliest books on operationalizing secure infrastructures, Merike has spent decades shaping the foundations of modern cybersecurity. Her work facilitating trusted coordination during the global response to the 2007 Estonian cyberattacks helped define how the industry approaches resilience and collaboration during large-scale cyber crises.
