What it solves

Brand-protection teams need to know which look-alike registrations are a real threat and which are noise, and checking that by hand for even a handful of candidates means a WHOIS lookup, a hosting check and a threat-feed search for each one. Most teams only find out about a phishing look-alike after a customer reports it.

It generates and checks registered variants of the brand domain across common misspelling patterns and risky TLDs, scores each one for threat likelihood, checks WHOIS age and registrar for freshness and privacy signals, resolves where each one is hosted, and flags shared registrant emails, name servers or mail infrastructure that link separate look-alikes to the same campaign.

The old way4 tools / tabs

Turning a list of possible look-alikes into a prioritised threat list usually means checking WHOIS, hosting and threat feeds one candidate at a time by hand.

  • a typosquat-permutation generator
  • a WHOIS lookup run per candidate
  • a reverse-IP hosting check
  • a threat-feed search

What this means

  • Give it a brand domain and it finds every registered look-alike across misspellings and risky extensions.
  • It returns a prioritised, scored list crossing the DNS, threat-intel, WHOIS and historical layers, flagging which ones are freshly registered, privacy-hidden or already tied to abuse.

Takedown Evidence Package

When you've found a malicious domain, the next hurdle is proving it. This assembles a one-pass takedown package — the reputation verdict, who owns it, the abuse lists naming it, and the infrastructure around it — laid out ready to hand to a registrar or hosting provider so the takedown actually sticks.

Threat Investigation

The deep-dive you run when something looks bad and you need the full story. Give it one indicator and it works outward across its whole footprint — the related domains, the real servers behind any CDN, the neighbouring infrastructure — and checks each piece for known abuse. You get one coherent read on how dangerous it is and why, with safe next steps to pivot on. Reach for it when a quick check says 'look closer.'
